Terms & Conditions

  1. In the event of cancellation on or before December 4th 2017, the delegate company will be liable to pay 20% of the 'Total' amount above. Cancellation thereafter will incur 100% of the 'Total' above. All cancellations must be given in writing
  2. No private functions may be organised involving any delegates during the HI Design MEA programme.
  3. No persons may attend any part of the event other than those officially under the HI Design MEA programme.
  4. Personal travel insurance must be arranged by the delegate.
  5. Vaccinations (where applicable) must be organised by the delegate.
  6. Visa requirements (where applicable) must be organised by the delegate.
  7. No delegate may attend the event unless all amounts listed above under ‘Payment’ are paid up by January 30 2018
  8. The event includes 3 nights accommodation at the Art Rotana, for the nights of Sunday 4th to Tuesday 6th March 2018, inclusive. Extra nights are charged at £150 per night.
